Price and Payment

All prices are clearly laid out for your consideration. There are no additional charges for our products.

Shipping costs will vary depending on your purchase. Any purchase over the amount of $99 will be eligible for free shipping. All other orders will be charged a maximum of $12.95.

Please consider that your payment method may incur extra charges. To understand the conditions of using a certain payment method please check the terms and conditions of your payment merchant.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your order for whatever reason please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched we will simply cancel your order.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned to us in original and un-opened condition in order for a cancellation/refund can be processed.

Delivery

We are an Australian business and deliver to all parts of Australia.

It is imperative that your correct information is entered during the checkout process. Two Tails Pet Treats cannot be held responsible for un-delivered goods due to incorrect shipping information.

In the event there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us so we are able to follow this up with the delivery company.

Our dispatch times can vary depending on the size of your order and current stock levels. Generally your item/s will be dispatched in one (1) business day. In some cases it may take up to four (4) business days for your item/s to be dispatched. This is to ensure maximum freshness of your pet treats, we do our best to prepare the correct amount of treats to meet demand, at times demand exceeds our expectations.

Our delivery partners endeavour to get your parcel to you within the time indicated, however there can be delays during busy and peak periods. An expected delivery date is a guide line and not a guarantee.

Shipping is free for all orders over $99.

For all orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Dispute Resolution Process

Upon receipt of your communication we will endeavour to respond to you within one (1) business day.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

As an Australian customer you can shop with confidence in the knowledge that you are protected by The Australian Consumer Law. Two Tails Pet Treats will always abide by these laws and work with you, are valued customer to ensure your needs are met and any wrongs are put right.

In the even that your item/s arrive damaged, not as described or not suitable for the intended purpose as described on the website, we will accept a return.

In order to process a return, we will require a photo of the item/s you wish to return along with details of the fault. Please note, goods are required to be in original condition and sealed original packaging.

You will be required to await a response providing you with a return number and return shipping label. Shipping costs will be covered by Two Tails Pet Treats for the above return reasons.

Once the goods are received by Two Tails Pet Treats, a confirmation email will be sent to you and a refund or exchange will be processed.

Should you wish to return your item due to change of mind or incorrect purchase.

In order to process a return, we will require a photo of the item/s you wish to return along with information as to why you would like to return the product, i.e, changed my mind. Please note, goods are required to be in original condition and sealed original packaging.

You will be required to await a response providing you with a return number. Shipping costs will not be covered by Two Tails Pet Treats for the above return reasons.

Once the goods are received by Two Tails Pet Treats, a confirmation email will be sent to you and you will be offered an exchange.

Limitation of Liability

The intended use of our product is a pet treat, in the form of a snack, reward or training aid.

Two Tails Pet Treats are not suitable to replace a balanced diet for your cat and/or dog.

When giving your pet any treat please ensure it is suitable for the type, size, age and dietary requirements.
